The author of this educational and ambitious loudness is named Paul Collier and he is a prof at Oxford University who has three decades studying African economics down the stairs his belt. He is also the director of the Centre for the Study of African Economies at Oxford and a former World Bank economist. He is an extremely well-educated man who answers the question of “Why is it that countries ar weakness to develop properly?” He discusses this and many issues that ar going on in the world but highlights Africa as his causa of a country going downhill— essentially creation in the ‘bottom billion’. He illustrates the causes of impoverishment and contingent solutions for it to be eliminated from the world. This book is also just about(predicate) nation states almost the world that are falling flair below the poverty line and are being solely forgotten about while the rest of the world is ontogenesis and gaining economic success.
